2. Nature of The Pillars of Health:

The Pillars of Health BV offers retreats, digital programs, and a community platform. The website serves to inform users about our offerings and enables them to sign up for retreats or (pre)register for upcoming courses.

 

3. User accounts and registration:

 

Users are not required to create accounts on our website. Registration for retreats and other offers is facilitated through Typeform.

All content on The Pillars of Health website, including pictures, is the copyright of The Pillars of Health BV. Unauthorised use or sharing of our content without consent is prohibited.

5. Payments and refund policy:

​

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days before the event or for reservations made within 30 days of the event. Refund percentages are as follows:

• More than 60 days before the start: 50% of the total amount due (50% refund).

• 60 to 45 days before the start: 70% of the total amount due (30% refund).

• 44 to 30 days before the start: 90% of the total amount due (10% refund).

• Less than 30 days before the start: 100% of the total amount is due.

If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we may be able to transfer your participation to a later program, but incurred costs are always due. Please contact us at info@thepillarsofhealth.eu as cancellations must be made in writing.

6. Data processing and privacy:

In compliance with Organic Law 03/2018 of December 5th, on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.

Personal data will be stored in a file called PARTICIPANTS, used exclusively to provide the products and services offered by The Pillars of Health BV. The data holder gives express consent for data inclusion in the mentioned file.

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition free of charge by contacting The Pillars of Health BV, referencing "LOPD" in communication. The Pillars of Health may use personal data and/or images for marketing and commercial purposes. Participants provide consent for such use. Participants have the right to inform The Pillars of Health via email if they do not want their data used for marketing purposes.
