  • I have a pre-existing health condition. Can I still participate?
    Of course! Our program is tailored to meet the needs of each individual participant, including those with pre-existing health conditions. We’ll work with you to create a plan that takes your condition into consideration and provides personalised support.
  • Are solo travellers welcome?
    Absolutely! Whether solo or with a friend or partner, we encourage everyone to prioritise their health.
  • Is a shorter or longer stay possible?
    Villa Oliveto is an exclusive and exquisite location, and therefore fully booked. We're happy to recommend nearby accommodations for an extended stay. Reach out to us at info@thepillarsofhealth.eu for more information.
  • What food will be served?
    Enjoy the most delicious, healthy, locally-sourced gourmet cuisine. Our focus includes a varied, fermented, and marine-based diet with both cold and warm vegetables. We'll delve into the added health benefits during the retreat. Dinner is included on arrival day, and breakfast and lunch on departure day. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary preferences during your reservation.
  • What language will be spoken?
    While our program will be in English, Mariya, Stefaan and Elke also speak Bulgarian/Dutch.
  • How do I know if this program is right for me?
    Our program is designed for individuals who are committed to making lasting changes to their health and vitality. Our aftercare packages offer personalised 1:1 guidance to help you integrate strategies that align with your lifestyle and health. We recognise that every body and soul is unique, which is why tailoring your lifestyle to your individual needs is so essential. Throughout the retreat, we will introduce and explore the various aftercare packages in more detail.
  • Can I list the retreat as a business expense?
    Yes, you can! Many of our participants choose to treat the retreat as a business expense. When you register, you'll have the option to request an invoice for your business.
